About this Project

Combining the creativity of top architects at Architects NW, talented designers at Luna Kitchen & Bath, and expert builders at Damskov Construction resulted in this magnificent 5,610 square foot custom home.

With Cascade mountain range views from almost every room, this single-family home has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The kitchen is designed with a large center island that opens up to an expansive living room. At one end of the living room, a wall of glass doors opens up to a covered backyard deck and an outdoor fireplace that seamlessly creates a single indoor-outdoor space. On the other end, a dual-sided statement fireplace separates the living room from the dining room making a dramatic focal point.

Beautiful Columbia cabinets and durable Cambria quartz countertops are used in the kitchen and bathrooms. To create cohesion between the main and upper floors, maple hardwood flooring was laid throughout.

Unique custom features include upper- and lower-level laundry rooms, a large custom pivot entry door, and custom metal railings with maple wood cap—cable railings. To accommodate a family’s growing lifestyle needs, the home was also built with a home office, theater room, and a functional circular driveway and 3-car garage.

Challenge:

The sloped lot posed many sitework challenges with the deep basement excavation. The foundation system required (120) 4-inch pin piles driven on average to a 35-ft depth. Also, we installed a massive underground stormwater retention system below the home heading off any potential issue with excessive rainwater.
